I was appalled by the lack of proper service. On multiple mornings, breakfast was poorly supplied. we didn't even receive basic items like bread or juice! One staff member, Sumit, had an incredibly rude attitude when I requested to use my breakfast credit.

The friendly staff made my stay memorable, from a warm birthday greeting upon arrival to excellent room service. The Luxe Twin Room was spacious, clean, and featured great amenities like an Alexa and kitchen essentials.
